IMMORAL IMPERATIVE

Since biblical days man has been immoral.  It is inherent in him.  Gambling, drinking, and prostitution, though immoral, are nonetheless appealing.  One could call these items an immoral imperative.  Gambling and drinking have been legalized.  What about prostitution?  Is it so different?  Legalizing this very hot topic would create jobs and allow the government to collect taxes on a subject, which regardless of legality, will continue to be available.  Look at a place like Amsterdam.  They have government legalized and operated prostitution which operates under the highest safety regulations.  The prostitutes in the brothels are tested for disease, pay taxes, and contribute to the state.  What century are we in?  Isn't it about time?
